Every year the city of Munich holds a contest to pick the Oktoberfest poster. My entry made it into the top 30 from 500 participants. The color of the background is blue like the Bavarian sky. I incorporated images of King Ludwig II and his bride Theresa. Their wedding was the reason for today’s Octoberfest. Throughout the poster I placed typical Bavarian symbols.
